OUR APPROACH
At Turlington Recruiting, we approach recruitment with the company and individual in mind. That calls for us to ask the right questions in order to understand our clients' and candidates' most pressing needs.

For those we partner with, many of the obstacles include staying competitive in their market as well as the need for support in and outside of the office. We have honest conversations with both clients and job seekers understanding the need for flexibility as well as talking through creative solutions that can be offered. Finding these type of positions and companies that create a culture where individuals feel supported has become a part of the work we do at Turlington Recruiting.

WHERE IT BEGAN
Pamela Grogg is the Founder of Turlington Recruiting. Prior to opening Turlington, Pamela spent over 8 years in agency recruitment working in multiple industries including behavioral health. In that time, she observed how the recruitment industry is ever-changing, and also gained a new perspective as she became a working mom with two, young children. As she spoke with professionals and understood the problems she was working to solve, she became inspired by the creativity in clients' offers and the variety of driving factors for job seekers and their families. Fueled by those conversations, Pamela opened Turlington Recruiting with a goal of connecting professionals who want to make a difference with companies who think outside of the box to hire and retain the best talent.
